敷嶋 0歩目 無濾過生原酒 (英訳)
初めて自分がメインとなって仕込んだお酒。
福持酒造場さんのご厚意で世に生まれました。
無我夢中でしたし、羽根さんのアドバイスがなければお酒にならなかったかもしれません。
自分の中でも記念となる1本になりました。
1本のタンクの半分を生原酒、半分を火入れにして発売しましたが、
飲み歩いていた甲斐あり、すぐに売り切れてしまいました。
